glaciokarst
   Karst in glaciated terrain developed on bedrock susceptible to dissolution (e.g., limestone), thinly mantled (e.g., < 5 - 30 m) with drift and characterized by surficial, closed depressions formed by post-glacial, subsurface karstic collapse (e.g., sinkholes) rather than by glacial processes (e.g., ice-block melt-out); common in IN, MI.
